How do I access the documentary?

When will my physical CD ship?
Physical orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital album purchases are final and non-refundable.

What audio format is the digital album provided in?
The digital album is delivered in high-quality MP3 format via email after your purchase is completed. The files will be provided in a ZIP file download.

After downloading the ZIP file, you will need to extract or unzip the folder on your device to access the individual songs for playback on most phones, computers, and music players.
